Varujan Burmaian’s Supporters Council
Honorable Mr. Varujan Burmaian was one of the unique personalities, who from the very first day of independence of the Republic of Armenia served his lawyer’s experience, decent human characteristics, moral and material all recourses to the establishment of truly democratic, independent and secured Armenia.
In particular, upon the support and initiative of Mr. Varujan Burmaian “the Center of Constitutional Law of the Republic of Armenia” was established. Furthermore, the Center has become the co-founder of the “Constitutional Culture” International Analytical Center.
The International Center with its unique mission has long way to proceed.
During all the further activities of the Center the Burmaians’ family headed by Honorable Mrs. Tiruhi Burmaian will be with us, being one of us.
Mr. Varujan Burmaian was the first official delegate of the President of the Federative Republic of Brazil visited Armenia. Mrs. Tiruhi Burmaian is the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Armenia in the Federative Republic of Brazil. With no doubt, the new generation of Burmaians’, being committed to their identity, will become worthy successors of the undertakings of Mr. Varujan Burmaian, the great humanist and patriot.
We strongly believe that the other like-minded supporters will also join them, since the “Constitutional Culture” Center is implementing an international mission.
The Solemn Awarding Ceremony of the Order of Honor for Humanitarian Service
to Mrs. Hilda-Tiruhy Burmaian,

On November 17, 2017 the Solemn Awarding Ceremony of the Order of Honor for Humanitarian Service, established by the “The Constitutional Culture” International Analytical Centre took place in the framework of the International Conference “The Challenges of Spiritual and Legal Behavior of the Contemporary Individual and Imperatives of their Overcoming”, held in Rome, November 17-18, 2017.
By the decision of the Board of Trustees of the “The Constitutional Culture” International Analytical Centre the Order of Honor for Humanitarian Service in honor of Mr.Varuzhan Burmaian was awarded to his spouse Mrs. Hilda-Tiruhy Burmaian.
After the Ceremony Mr. Alexandre Burmaian, the son of Mr. Varuzhan Burmaian addressed the audience with the brief remarks on the Commemoration of his late father and expressed the words of gratitude to “the Constitutional Culture” International Analytical Center for paying tribute to the memory of the late Mr. Varuzhan Burmaian.
The Order of Honor for Humanitarian Service is awarded for the continuative meritorious contribution in the humanitarian service to strengthen the ideas of mutual understanding, love and solidarity amongst human beings and for the essential contribution in promoting the constitutional culture.
The order is awarded annually in the framework of international conferences held by “the Constitutional Culture” International Analytical Center. The candidates are nominated by the members of the Board of Trustees of “the Constitutional Culture” International Analytical Center.
